However you apply for your WRSB mortgage, you'll need to have some information at hand. Here's what we'll need: * Your last two pay stubs * Your W-2 income statements for the last two years * If self-employed, provide personal and business tax returns for the past two years, and your year-to-date profit & loss statement * Recent statements (covering a 2-month period) for your investment and bank accounts * Institution names, account numbers and addresses for all assets (bank accounts and investment accounts) and * All liabilities (loans of all types, including credit cards) * A copy of your Purchase and Sales Agreement, if you are buying a home.
