Wells River Savings Bank dedicates the month of June to you, our customers.  Each Friday during the month one of our branches will be celebrating Customer Appreciation Day.  We will have food, give-a-ways, sign-ups and good neighbor conversation.

Wells River Savings Bank annually sponsors a race at the Bear Ridge Speedway in Bradford, VT.  The bank supplies the trophies and our bank car has acted as the pace car.  This is a popular family event and the bank is proud to be a part of it.  Join us this year for a fun time.

July 2010
Wells River Savings Bank will, once again, sponsor a "Stop & Go" site on the Newbury Common for the Prouty Ride on July 10, 2010.  The funds raised by the Prouty Ride support cancer research and patient services at Dartmouth's Norris Cotton Cancer Center.  In 2008, more than 1200 cyclists were served at Newbury site.    2008 was the most successful year ever for this event, raising over $2 million. August 2010
Wells River Savings Bank has been a generous sponsor of the Whole Hog BBQ & Music Festival since its inception seven years ago. This year's event will be held August 8th at the North Haverhill, NH fairgrounds with music by the Nobby Reed Project, Dr. Burma and the Odell Walker Bank.  This Memphis Barbeque Network sanctioned event brings competing teams from VT and NH and as far away as Georgia, with several-time world BBQ champ Myron Mixon and his Jack's Old South team taking  top honors in 2009.  Please plan to join us.  If you would like more information about this event, please contact Marvin Harrison at our Bradford Office, 802-757-3244 ext. 367.
